Default UVB reflector

Im currently using a exo terra reptiglo 10.0,was just wondering if anybody uses a reflector on these?If so is it better or not?according to the uv guide it is,What do you reckon?

I use them for my UVB tubes. Does make them much brighter and my collared's love to climb on them too!
