Default Petzoo

I notice that the price for the photo competition is a voucher for Petzoo.co.uk. I guess from this that they are fairly well known on here so does anyone know if someone from there is a member on here at all?

I ordered some stuff from them last week for next day delivery and it hasn't turned up. It seems that they don't answer phones or emails so i need some other way to contact them as the whole reason i got it from them was the next day delivery, as in i needed it next day rather than next week.

I now have an order sat there that i would like to possibly cancel to get the goods elsewhere but there is no way to cancel it - and if i buy the kit from elsewhere then they take the cash and i double up i won't be happy as the order is over 100 quid.

I know its a long shot but i just thought i'd try.

You'll get ya stuff mate! I've used them a few times, first time the parcel didn't contain the thermometer I ordered, so I got on to them and I recieved it two days later. Last time I ordered, what I wanted was out of stock and as it was something i'd requested, they made a special order to the supplier for me - should be getting it this week!

Just give them another email, quoting your order number. They've always replied really quickly to me and are really polite.

Hope ya get your stuff soon!

Nice one, thanks for letting me know.

It's just a bit annoying as the whole reason i used them is because they stated they could get it to me next day - its one of my pet hates when companies say one thing and do another.

I bought a PSP through a UK company once when they came out in Japan years ago - the said it was in stock and would arrive next day - it did get there in the end but took 2 months and they ignored all emails etc.

I think i would be right of with that service mate. Especially seeing as you have tried calling and e-mailing them. You have every right to want to cancel it, lets face it doesnt take a week to contact you to put your mind at ease. Thankfully i have never had service like that before, hope your stuff turns up soon mate

even if there is a really good reason for it, they could of atleast phoned or emailed to explain what the problem is.

I thought everyone would jump on my back about my comments, but i knew i was right. Yep what reason could there be not to contact the buyer at all and explain things. I'll stop moaning now
