advice needed !
hi peps i have just been offered 1 of these . its 20"x12" 240volts
the 2 mats u see one is a cool bit and the other is warm bit . the cool side can be cut to fit your viv but the warm side cant b cut does any 1 use them or know if they r any good

I dont understand how the "cool one" could be cut if it has any wires in?

me neither but thats the description i have from what i can gather its in 2 parts one hot bit like normal heat mat and the other bit is just a mat that can be cut i think the stuff its made of stays cool
