Default Peacock!!

Spent the day at my mother in laws, took the opportunity to take some pics of their Peacock Hope ya like him!









And a Cockrel cos i like the pic

Stunning - can I ask what your MIL does with the feathers when he loses them?

I would love to buy them if she sells (and the price is right of course lol) Dressmaker in the making here and I use feathers for my corsets

They usually go in the bin The feathers are about 3ft long, unless you want them cut down with just the eye on them

Would need them between 12 and 18" long and also the ones with no eye on them too -they make wonderful background fillers

Would be great if you could let me know when he moults am seriously in love with peacock feathers lol

We had 3 Peacocks at our Sanctuary kept them enclosed for ages but they flew away. Neighbour has some too and hers also flew away . They were in the nature reserve but not seen or heard them for a while. Maybe they migrated back to India lol
