The Bat cave is horrible I remember a few years back taking the children I used to Nanny for, I didn't realise the bats were going to be actually flying round my head.. When I realised, I picked up the children and ran as fast as I could out of there!

cool. my mum wont let me go to the zoo anymore. she says im too old but when i can drive she wont be able to stop me lol.
looks like you had a great day. and that monkey i think its a gibbon. cool things aparently if there hands get too cold their fingers drop off.

My favourite zoo in the UK, pity its 4 hours away but try and get down a couple of times a year. I like the baby kangaroo poking its head out of the pouch

nice pics i was at edinburgh zoo the other day there was fab only thing is that monkey is a gibbon and them emus are rheas lol

Ace pictures Sami I really enjoyed looking at them... hoping to take my lad next week if my tired old back will stand it

I don't think I'll be going in the bat cave though... they freak me out when they fly round the house at night so couldn't stand being in a cave with them

Got to agree with Mason, if your just goin for a day out an not really gonna pay much attention it's great, but too many skinny lookin snakes for me personally, we even saw a Chondropython Viridis eh Mase

did you see the make believe jaguar ?
weve been 3 times since they supposedly got some & have only ever seen a very impressive yet seemingly empty enclosure

I saw it!!!!!!! Back in March, got a pic of it somewhere, taken by my 9 yr old so not the best. Will look it up.

For those photo critics remember it was taken by a 9 yr old with a basic camera lol
