He has almost made it to the 48 hour point. I took a few quick shots, sorry about quality, after the 10oclock feeding, as he may not be around when he's any older to take pics of. A face only a mother could love methinks!

Good luck with him, my fingers are crossed for you.
Maybe take a quick shot at each 10pm feeding he makes it to - it will make a very interesting growth diary.

That's a good idea - he hasn't put any weight on yet, but the colour is quite different to when he was born, the skin beneath his spines has already darkened considerabley, and he's a lot more red than he used to be - was very pale on birth.
