Last post for me on this before it goes OTT.

Kitty, I am glad you feel Kenzie is getting the best he possibly can, I am glad that people apprently see him as happy.

Yes, he is beautiful - primates are a fascinating species BUT the people who know nothing of their needs think they are "cute" and such. Many keepers see them as interesting charges to live and learn with. 100% of the anti- primate keeping bodies see Kenzie as ammunition in thier fight to ban private primate keeping in the UK for good!

Best of luck finding the mate for him that you are seeking - I hope your breeder contact comes good for you.

(am reporting this thread to mods now to have it closed as I feel it can only get argumentative and reptetive from here on in)

as always people are quick to judge on here, cant be bothered to read all the posts and i know nothing about primates apart from what meets the eye but i hope your little friend lives a happy and long life and im sure you will take the best care you can for him, noone knows everything on here they only know what they believe to be right or what they have any experiance in. i personally wouldnt have one as i dont have the time that i think they would demand but good luck to you and he is gorgeous

kitty has already stated in a previous thread that she is getting a mate for mckenzie,so how come everyone is saying he shouldnt be on his own, just because she is young does not mean he/they will not get looked after properly,my children have been brought up with animals and know how to respect them, people are so quick to judge, there are younger people on here with animals ,at the end of the day its all about caring for them, and as stated she does.

Lets keep this simple if you have nothing nice to say on this pic thread then don't say it. Should really be no need to lock this because of someone's opinion.

if thats true then do the right thing for the marmoset, not the right thing for you!
Grow up,listen to people who know more than you do and you will make your monkey happier.Simple.Continue to keep him like a bloody hamster and HE WON'T BE!
Thats my lot in this thread, your obviously not going to listen to anyone,so whats the point?Your narrow mindedness is too great to overcome.
