Default huge mealworms

Amongst the mealworms there are two massive ones.
Can I feed them to an adult cham?

HUGE
My juv vittikins couldn't cope with that, seriously they are nearly two inch long and fat. Do I need to crush head before giving to cham?

you dont need to crush the head no, you prolly got a couple morio in with the mealies [never happened to me but im sure its possible]
An adult cham should not have any problems..
