Default Silk worms?

C'mon guys there has got to be a reliable silkworm supplier in the UK, I am desperate to try them with my beardie and cham but the only so called supplier i bought off didnt even bother sending me anything, so i got my money back.

Anyone on here who breeds silkworms, even if you arent selling? I am interested in wether i can get hold of some and breed them myself. And is there any reasons why they are near-impossible to get hold of round here, the americans don't shut up about them lol.

I managed to get hold of 29 chinese oak silk moth catterpillars, they are doing well, I am still unsure what their value as feeder food would be but the catterpillars get huge. I am going to try to breed them......... and may well sell excess if i am sucessful

oh right yeah ive just googled them, do they look like hornworms? big green caterpillars?

I am very interested in introducing another staple live food, preferably a soft bodied worm/caterpillar and would appretiate it if you kept us posted on how you get on with these.
