Default Calcigrub flies

Can you feed the flies calcigrubs turn into?

0.0.1 Avicularia sp. (sling)
0.0.1 Chromatopelma cyaneopubescens (sling)

Yes they are quite safe to use as a feeder.

I forgot they were there and when i have gone to clean the feeder shelf out there they were buzzing away at me lol
