Default What are these, and how did they get in my culture?

Just checked on my useless FF cultures, just cant get the medium right but thats another story.

There are these little red slugs in there? What are they? and how did they get in the cup..? (its never open and has kitchen roll covering the top...)

it's the larvae pupating, the flies will hatch from them

i thought the baby flys where maggots then turned in to little dark cocon things then hatched they look like slugs to me
