Stick a heat mat under tham and chuck in loads of food - you'll be surprised at how fast they grow!

I got mine from a website aaaages ago - I can't remember where!
Maybe do a search in the feeder classified section, someone that advertised them a while ago may still have some?

Default roaches

i have had 2 deliveries of mcszot.he is not english, but is living in london.i have had 250 small nymphs,250 mediums and 100 adult dubias off him.all where in excellent health and delivered on time and packed really well.i got mine for a reasonable price for all of them, but i do know his prices went up recently.i think it was £80 for the 600 roaches.i`m not bigging him up or anything,i`m just saying how my dealings with him have gone .
cheers rick

I got mine from a chap off Reptileclassifieds.co.uk called Mark_W. I think it was something like 60 adult females, 20 adult males and about 40 nymphs for £30...something like that anyway. Theyre all breeding like mad.

I dont like them much either, but I must admit they are quite pretty compared to some other roaches (except for their nasty spikey legs). Just make sure theyre in a very secure container (we have a very deep RUB with the perforated sides of cricket tubes glued and taped to the top over the air holes as a barrier against escapees...the egg crates inside are quite a few inches below the top too). I only handle them with long tongs, I hate touching them lol.
