Default how to despose?

Hello.

How do you guys despose of live food?

I have some old millworms which havnt been eaten. I dont want to chuck them in the bin cuase they could breed and it wouldnt be very nice. I have releced 1 black cricket.. but i dont think thats a good idea to do it again.

I Put them out for the birds robins love mealworms.

as above. freeze em and let them defrost and stick them out for the birds. if there alive they just crwl away
