Default How do I gutload crickets?

Not bought my beardy yet...still researching. Do I buy crickets everyday, every couple of days, once a week or what? And when I get them home, how do I feed them to make them more nutritious without them escaping all over the house! Sorry for the dumb questions!

you are best to buy a largish plastic aquarium with a ventilated lid, most pet shops will sell them.
you put in this about 4-15 toilet roll tubes or kitchen towel tubes.
on the bottom put crushed up wheatbix.
in one corner or on top of the tubes place a bundle of leafy veg or basic lettuce or something.

and thats it.

Thanx for the reply, DeanThorpe. The local pet store are saying crushed egg shells and a chicken type mash are good too, have you tried them? If so, any success?
