Default Locust biting?

I was told that locust are 100% vegetarian, but i was just reading about how to reduce them eating each other while they are in storage.

So if they can eat each other, couldn't they bite my reps?

Its just that i leave them in with my beardie atm thinking it was only crickets i have to watch...

They can bite yes, just not as often as crickets do.
They generally eat eachother in storage when there's no food available.

I wasn't reading up on it because they are eating each other, i was checking a supplier and one link lead to another and there i was

Actually i keep wax worms in the fridge and warm them on my lips before feeding them to my beardie... keep wondering why he likes them so much lol or is that crossing the line...

Thanks for the replies... well, the first one anyway lol
