Black or Brown Crikets

Hi I normaly use brown crikets for my leos, but recently I have been using blacks as they are more slow and docile, and make it easyer for one of my leos to catch as the browns are too fast for her, but I was wondering Which are better for leos blacks or browns?

i have black cric's mainly because the don't jump like the brown ones.
