You should feed frozen mice, unless there is a real problem with feeding.

Feeding live is actually very frowned upon and a lot of pet shops will not sell live mice if they think you are a reptile keeper... it is also dangerous for your animal as mice do have teeth and claws... not to mention a lot of us are animal lovers and would have a hard time feeding live. Oh, and also - live mice from a pet shop cost £2-5! Whereas even a jumbo frozen mouse probably won't cost more than £1.50... and the final thing, most snakes start out on pinkies/fuzzies which you can only get live if you are actually breeding the mice yourself.

Therefore, 99% of keepers in the UK use frozen food which you can buy online or at your local reptile shop

livefeeding rodents is somewhat frowned upon in both keeping and AR circles (for 2 entirely differant reasons actually). Basically there are better methods of feeding available and whilst someone feeding live as a last resort for a stubborn non-feeder is semi acceptable, doing it as a general practice is not.
