checked a few sites on feeding roaches a lot say cat food as its high protein but which one dried pellets or tins or is there anything better i should use

Roaches like high protein and sweet sugary and starchy foods. Think with some vegies the cat food will be fine. Goes mouldy quick though so you will ahve to change it on a fairly regular basis.
