Hi I have a spare 18x9x9 aquarium and I was going to just use it for fish but how often would I need to change the water if I used an air pump???

Thanx.

Some kind of under gravel. I doubt you could get one that small....
Even the smallest internal would be too big for that...
Maybe a little one that attaches to your filter.

Edit: You're in luck. ALGARDE UNDERGRAVEL FILTER

please do not just use an air pump after all fish produce waste and a filter brakes down the waste.....if you realy only want to use an air pump get some foam thats for a filter and pop the airstone into the middle of it this will give you some surface area for bacteria to colonise on ...but you will need to stock it very lightly as its a small tank ....or get the smallest rena or hagen filter

A fleuval 2+ and anything below that will fit in there... i have a 2+ in my 15x8x9.

go to your lfs and get a small filter, seriously. otherwise you will have to do water changes almost everyday.
