I wouldn't go with the Fighters - there's a lot of fast movers there that will make them pretty nervous. The females are also often the biggest culprits of fin-shredding the males!

That's quite over stocked.

I'd go with a shoal of 10 tetras, or 10 danios, the shrimp, and a bristle nose catfish.

Male fighers are best kept on their own in a small, unfiltered tank. They will kill the females, and maybe the tetras/danios. Or they will be shredded by them.

With the sucker-mouth catfish, make sure it is a small species, as some can get over 18" and need huge tanks!

Glass catfish are a shoaling fish, and should be kept in groups of 6+.

If you provide lots of fake plants and other places to hide, the shrimp will breed and you will soon have a colony of maybe 100+. Soon they will be coming out of your ears.

From my experience danios are a pain and a tank bully, they'll have your fighters tails. I set up my 96L tank without using a de-chlorinator (spl?) it took two weeks to get the water chemistry right for 1st 6 fish then a further two weeks with reguular checking the water.
I would sereously recommend using cycle and a product like tap safe and also save yourself the trouble of keep going to the LFS for testing and buy yourself a tester kit, not those strips in a tub so hard to get an acurate reading.
Anubias plants have a great leaf and are quite robust most other plants don't survive especially if your putting in a plec my chubby plec was having a midnight feats on my plants. all thoser tetras and danios are all middle level swimmers too according to the wish list there's 30 mid's. 90L is that a 3ft tank?

I've never had a problem with my fighter being in a community tank, but I wouldn't have a female cos he'd kill her. I second keeping the glass cats in a group of 6 or more and I would also have larger and fewer groups of tetras. You can get quite a bit in a three foot tank though.
I'd do it by throing in a few livebearers first as tetras (in my opinion) seem to prefer the more mature tank.

Good luck!
