You should never do a full water change, only partial and the fish dont need to come out.
What filtration are you running?

Ok do a water change, and no you wont stress the fish at this point.
Do you test the water with a kit?
Cloudy water indicates overfeeding, and it also sounds like you could do with an extra internal power filter running as well.
The overfeeding as well as making the water cloudy will also increase ammonia which in turn if left can be deadly and kill the fish.

Can i first change that around and say how often do you feed?
How many fish, what fish, and what size tank, what you feed them and an estimate of size of pinch?
Not being funny but without the second line of info i couldnt possibly comment.

2 gold fish sprry cant remember their exact names
shes been feeding a very small pint every day so thats why im putting it down to over feeding and its amd i cant remember the size sorry
we talked it all through with the guy at pets at home and made sure we cycled the tank for 2 weeks, all i can remember is that its enough room for 2 fish only.

for pint i'm asuming you mean pinch?
Yeah i'll go with pinch,
mmm sounds like lack of filtration then, clean the filtration weekly or if room add an extra internal filter unit, you can get small ones for small tanks like a Fluval 1 filter.
