Hi

anyone here keep mbuna?

Is there a catfish that will thrive in these conditions?

I'll have a look for ya mate, I think there are some armoured catfish, namely synodontis that do well with them

syns will be fine i really like decoris when i used to keep mine...
try big plecs they seem to be extreamly hardy.....

yeah synos and plecs do fine with malawis, i used to be really into malawis and tanganyikans (tropheus) great fish to keep

synos are probably the best. try to find snyodontis nyassae (or something like that). It's a syno that known to live in lake malawi so would be the best bet.

plecos are'nt really worth it, they seriously cut the fish stocking numbers
