SCARY fish stories/advice uve heard
i was told by a Hagen rep, she had heard of someone who used to wash their goldfish under the tap once a week to remove all the slime of it, poor bugga pmsl...by the way sports fans, don't try this one @ home, that so called slime in a protective mucus membrane layer

PFK mag quite a few yrs ago, someone wrote in sayin they over heard a retailer tellin the customer on how to sort out an aggressive i.e territorial Red tail black shark, they said catch the fish hold it by its tail and give it a good shake....cant u believe that? lol... the person went on to say, they wait for the customer to leave the shop, caught up with them and told them not to do that and to ask a different retailer would they accept back the poor little fella...pmsl gotta love terrible retailers

what about the bunch of school kids that come in and shout at the top of their wee little voices "theres a tank full of dead fish" only to discover its a tank of plecs. Yes thankyou, you really dont need to tap the glass to see if its dead. IF ITS DEAD ITS NOT GONNA MOVE!!!!!

i've worked in 3 different shops. why don't us sensible people own them? boy could i tell some war stories! i use to trick them. i got some frontosa for the same price as some cheap Mbuna zebras because i fooled the girl waiting on me! payback! whenever i see their lipps moving i say yea, whatever.
