Default odd one out! ??

Hi, first time posting in here cause i dont really have anything impressive, but i have kept gold fishies for some years now. lol

but question!

I bought 5 long tailed zebra danios today, i completed the whole task of transfering them to their tank and tank mates over a period of time blah blah...
On closer inspection one of them is a norm leopard danio (short tailed).

Ive named him leonard (lol) and he seems happy enough, they've all fed and are looking fab.
There are only small fish in the tank, all of similar size, will Leonard be ok with the zebra's or will he need some of his own exact species to be at home and shcool with?
i dont have room for more so would be worried if he need friends, but as said he seems happy enough and has eaten.

i cant find on the net if danios like to join up with other varieties of danios.

sorry if some people think this is silly, the tank is on my computer desk in front of me so i constantly watch them, i love them!

i love their colours up close, the blues are fab and i love the lime or light geen colours on their backs in the light.

lol ok then, see it's my first time with these, my tank is'nt tropical its room temp and stays that way.
I know they like it at 18-24c, my tank is 20c. The guy said they'd mix fine with my mountain minnows, and they have so far.

i did'nt buy the minnows they were dumped on me and were housed with fancy goldfish. I separated them all.
There were 2 other fish in with the minnows too and for ages i did'nt have a clue what they were! they're really hardy and have been fine with all my water changes and so on and are doing well. The smaller one follows the bigger one alllll around the tank, it's cute.

Today i found out what they were after looking on the net for agggges!
I knew they resembled tetra's the most and discovered they are flame tetras.
That was annoying me.lol

mountain minnows like the cooler water. when they get hot, they start zipping around. they like running, heavy O2 water. but they are adaptable. zebras are tolerant too. maybe they can meet halfway? 70-75f is good... put an ice cube in there once in a while maybe...

okeydokey will do.

The minnows have been in that sort of temp for ages just so y'know with no ill affects.
The previous owner (my sisters best friend) had them for god knows how long!
and ive had them for...over a year now, so they are fine, lovely bright colours and go mental at feeding time. They dont whip around the tank, they are quite placid.
so i must be doing something right.
