Default Spare mini tank

Hi everyone, first time I've posted amongst the fish keepers.

I've got a 350 Jewel corner tank with tropicals in it. It currently houses;
1 Gold spot plec (16inches)
1 albino plec (8-9inches)
1 hybrid plec (4inches)
6 corys (albino, panda and copper)
1 albino shark
1 catfish (unknown species, 8inches or so)
harliquins, hatchet fish, neon tetra, sword tails
1 killifish
5 female fighters

They've all been in this tank for about 10 months now, and everything is absoloutly fine.
I did also have a small tank with a male fighter in (sold as young female... d'oh!), however, a few months back it passed on.

So, now I've got a empty 24l mini cube tank sat in our kitchen, that is stripped and dry. I'm looking to start it up again, get it cycling etc, but wondering what I could keep in there. Obviously it can't be anything too big as the tank is about 1ft cubed. I've had plenty of smaller tropical fish, but I'm looking for something nice and interesting to live in this little tank.

Can anyone suggest something pretty to ocupy it?

I would put some ocean rock in there with 3 or 4 synodontis lucipinnis (dwarf petricola). They are highly entertaining to watch and grow really slowly. Once they get too big you should have no problem selling them for a profit and buying some more small ones again - although you will probably want to keep them

I'm not all that keen on shrimps, and I'd like something that could stay in there for life.

What about a bit of Ocean rock a load of shells and a few Shell Dwellers Lamprologus genus. Cute little fish whos whole life evolves round an empty snail shell

How about lots of caves, and about 10 bumblebee gobies? Can live in frsh or brackish, only get to just over an inch, and are really entertaining.

Only problem is, they are hard to get feeding sometimes. Feed live + frozen bloodworms at the same time and then gradually just feed frozen bloodworms. They should eat them then.
