Default Anyone

Anyone else got any decent cichlids? As in not angels(unless altums), or oscars(except wild types) or malawis etc. I'm talking proper cichlids lol central/south American stuff.

2.0 Parachromis Dovii
1.1 P. Friedrichstahlli
1.1 P. Managuense
1.1 Crenacichla Johanii
1.1 Crenacichla Marmorata
0.0.6 Crenacichla 'Cobra'
2.2 Crenacichla 'Xingu' I
1.1 Crenacichla 'Xingu' III
1.1 Nandopsis Salvini
1.1 Herichthys Cynoguttatum
1.0.6 Herichthys Carpinte
2.5 Aequidens 'Rivulatus'
2.2 True Aequidens Rivulatus
2.2 Aequidens Pulcher
0.0.4 Cichla Monoculus
2.3.1 Festae (Red terror)
0.0.6 Hoplarchus
1.1 Wild Convicts
0.2.4 Nicaraguense

Also got 5 different species of Apistogramma, 4 pairs of nannacara anomala

Going to pick up 10 young dovii tonight and some more next week. Gonna raise them up, take out the males and raise up the females to hopefully get a really bonded pair (either one of my current males and a new female or hopefully both males will bond with a female). Fingers crossed my wild male will bond with the F1 young im getting tonight and getting some F3's next week. So if i manage a spawn I should get some cracking babies.

If anyones got anything good they wanna sell then let me know. Got an 18x6x4 indoor pond that needs some more fish (only 4 giant gourami and some big silver sharks at the moment oh and my peacock bass)

no one? ok, just picked up my little dovii. and some baby pikes lol. couldn't resist. Guy i got them from breeds a few pikes and raises all the fry in the same tank and seperates out the babies once he can ID them properly. not the best way but it works for him. anyways, they could be xingus, johanni's or from the strigata complex which would be cool. already got xingus and johannis, but couldn't resist possibily getting some strigata. bought 30, all under an inch. natural selection should thin out halfish of them and the rest can be paired off and sold, or kept depending what i get

I dont keep any now, but I have kept and bred some really boring normal ones: Firemouth cichlids, Convicts erm... had angelfish (they are technically SA cichlids! lol).

These are my male convicts:

They were raised from babies, and were just coming into maturity, so started showing off to each other. They were seperated soon after, of course.

This is Bert............she is a female Nicuragua Cichlid.
I used to have a Male as well and had to keep them seperated as he was very aggressive!!
Unfortunatley he died a while ago.
She has so much character it is unreal and she is about 10ish years old
