Default Roach Colony

As I'm getting out of lizards all together I thought I'd best put the feelers out for the roach colony I've got here.

Its a mix of Lobsters, dubias and zebra's all breeding madly in a 2ft viv selling as a job lot once the beardeds are gone.

Can sell them without the tank or just send you a few if you prefer?

Not sure how much as yet coz I'm feeding 5 adults and 10 baby beardeds with them at the min but they're breeding like mad. Need to go check out prices on other sites first before I decide on what they're going for.

I'd be happy to send a few out in a cricket tub to folks just so long you all realise tere would be a mix so you would need to put vaseline around the rim of your cotainers to keep the lobsters in.

There are thousands of roaches in this colony breeding daily dubia being the largest number at present.

I keep them in the tank with a viv lid, vaseline around the top to keep them in and a heatmat under half the tank on all the time until summer when it gets switched off during the day if its really hot. I use porridge oats and old cornflakes as substrate, they seem to do better on that way for some reason, for fluids they get orange or apple feed is mostly tropical fish food, left over veg, some cat food etc.

They breed quicker and better in the dark of my cellar and in crowded conditions, the young are all over the egg cartons that are inside each other, you pull those lid or bottoms apart and they're covered in babies. For any who want them separate until the beardeds have gone I'll follow rickeeze on price, won't add vat but will keep to the same price as I have adult breeding females that will go with the box, which will be mixed ie a few adults and other sizes.

Dubia Roaches Sale Now On!*-*Ricks Livefood - Crickets, Locusts, Roaches

Once the beardeds are collected I'll have a look see what size the colony is then and work out a price for the whole lot.
