Default Health problem section

Just like the 'general' forum, might it be a good idea to have a health/diseases forum, with subforums for snakes, lizards, shelled, inverts etc? There are so many posts being written in the 'general' forum that if i post a boring thing like 'whats up with my lizard', it gets overlooked by all the cliquey people and the people who just want to look at stuff that sounds interesting. Those people with a genuine disire to help out others could look at this section and put forward their suggestions.
