Default Native survey

How about a survay to see what herps people see and when, where and at what time etc?
Though it could never be scientific or valid it would be interesting to share everyones experiances especually as its heating up now...

I live in the centre of bolton...there isnt much here except pigeons, rats and chavs. I think we should have some resident rock pythons introduced to help eliminate all 3 of these problems and make Bolton a better place...

I see lots of herps all the time in my house :P

But seriously, presuming you're on about wild species??

Last one I saw was about 2 weeks ago;
Around 8.30pm, saw a grass snake (3ft at a guess) bolt from the bank of our lake into the near by hedges and into the copse.

Yeah native species or alian species as ive heard a few have been spotted in the wild so that could be interesting if it where reported. Come on mods you know it would be an interesting topic. It could be a sticky poll (sorry couldent ressist that)

Keep up the possitive posts fellow forumers

True but i thought something a little less formal for ther forums users to share stories and experiances. NARRS is a much more structural survey and im sure is used in more scientific context.
