location in classifieds

i know i should do this in clasifieds chat, but it will get more attention here.

why cant people put the location in classifieds? its really not hard, and makes life so much easier for everyone.

would it be possible to put a box next to the title or something so you HAVE to put a location, or it will not post? as i know if you dont put a title it wont post, so its probably possible to do.

i know its been asked and mentioned a few times but still hasn't happened so i don't think it will.

If the ad doesn't have their location (or their location set) it should be deleted.. that'd get their attention

agreed! its so annoying trying to remember were people are from before you open the advert, or you get your hopes up if you see something you like, and then see it is a rediculas distance! i say they should be deleted!

I doubt very much T-bo would be up for deleting ads but we have tried getting people to include it in their title.

ok maybe not deleting them, but could you not make it compulsary in some way?
you got to admit it doesnt take long to write your location, and its bloody annoying when people dont!

Just one problem with that, some people might see what they really want and it be on the other side of Britain so they dont bother opening it and then courier is available or delivery.

But apart from that I also find it very annoying!

im sure if they wanted it that much they would still open it its just nice to know how far away it is really, and its not much to ask

if they really want it then no doubt they will look at it regardless of where its location is ..

ads should have a price , pic , location , age ,sex , morph and as detailed info as can be had IMO .

people who cant be bothered compiling a good ad wouldnt get any interest from me ..
