I dont under stand why people put large pics of their reptiles on a sig, but i thought some other things were ok.
Nope I have no problem with yours Jinx, it's the few people who were putting 800x600 images as a signature that I was moaning about.

Well if anyone does i can make it smaller. I think the reason why i made mine as big as it is is because i saw someone elses and looked at the dimensions. so thought it'd be ok.
but that was a while ago.
But i will say that big 'normal' pics in peoples sigs have confused me in the past on posts. lol

We were going to set forum signature permissions that would have limited signature size, but decided it would be better to just keep an eye on signatures manualy and deal with any unruly ones on a case by case basis.

Let us know if there is a problem sig.

Couldn't you just make a limitation of banners+number of text lines, some people have a large banner and more text below than in any of their posts?I totally agree with the fact it becomes a pain to read posts where there is just one line and 30 in the signature.

Couldn't agree more. Personally I don't see the need for images in signatures at all, they're distracting and there IS a whole section of the forum for showing off your pets. If I want to see them I'll go there, not to a thread about something I'm actually interested in where I have to scroll through four metres of crap to pick out the posts.

The thing that gets on my nerves a bit now is people not using the drop down box to list their reptiles. There is someone who has a massive list, all listed in their sig, it takes up loads of space.
