It would be cool if you could choose a picture posted by forum member once a week, put it as a sticky and use it as the the pic of the week.

Who would pick it? Seems like you'd have to have someone in charge and then a mod.. and they'd have to objective and pick a picture they liked.. and then people would complain and say they're playing favourites...
 Or if you voted.. well the mod would still have to open/close the vote thread and make the sticky and all that, seems like.. work.

Picking it would be easy; just use the pics from MY photobucket account, I wouldn't mind all the pics just being of my animals.
