make a gif file yourself, then upload it the same way you would a photo.

for the animated pics you can download a free trial of something like animation shop pro. you can add images to the animation and change the speed it changes before saving it as a gif. pretty easy when you're playing with the software.

or record the subject and convert it to a .gif but i'm not sure what you use to do that.
