ASBO's are all well and good in theory, problem is you need so much intelligence on the person concerned to get one. First you have to refer that person (who normally has many ailments which can explain why poor little johny likes to go around theatening to stab people and calling them
)to an early intervention panel (we'll say Snuffbunny and Sid Lola in this case) who send them a letter telling them they have been naughty and try and correct that behaviour first, present them with some activities that will stop them from beating other people up. Then once that's failed and they have now gone on to beat up people at the latest reptile show, you now have to write your statement, get witness statements (we can use reported posts for this part), stand up in court before the judge (t-bo in this case) and present what restrictions you want placed on that person (classifieds ban etc), and then you might get your ASBO.
Then that person carries on abusing the other members, you have to get the offender management unit involved (Meko and Ash in this case) and they have to give a few more warnings etc, which get ignored, and then you go back to court (t-bo) and try and get that person convicted for breaching it and then they get their conviction (ban).
Much more simple to cut out all the crap and just ban the little so and so straight away.
