Tropiquarium 88 - sn6 postcode
I'm about to downsize my firebelly newts to a 60lt tank. They are currently lost in a Tropiquarium 88 tank that is very soon to become surplus to requirements. If anyone here is interested before i advertise in the local paper PM me. The lid has been reconfigured to have one light working only. Of course this could be reversed by a competent electrician. The timer for the light switch is a manual on/off as the original timer set up went u/s some time ago. The automatic feeder seems ok. I have never used it but just put two batteries in it and the display came up and revolved when 'test' button selected. That said i do not have instructions for setting it!!! The tank is in good watertight condition (currently in use) apart from a few normal scratches on the inside of the glass at gravel level. It currently sits on a metal framed coffee sized table which is free with tank should someone want it. Looking for £50ish for the tank but open to sensible offers. Anyone intersted more than welcome to view. We are situated between Swindon & Cirencester. I recon it would make a good Axolotyl tank myself. Prior to its current newt use it was used as our tropical fish set up.
