Default Rupert

As promised in this thread> http://www.reptileforums.co.uk/amphi...w-not-wtf.html, a few pics.

He's not a cheerful looking creature.

A good view of his 'stripe'. Anyone know what the marks on his back could be??

For size comparison, that's my pinky finger.

He doen't seem very interested in much. He wouldn't eat his crickets today. I'll try again later but somehow I have an ominous feeling about this guy

Opinions or advice on anything welcome.

Hard to tell from the pic..but those marks could be little scratches like andaroo's RETF had when it arrived..

Thanks for all the opinions & advice guys, in this thread & the other, but the little guy died yesterday

I give up on small Whites, I'm obviously not good with them.

^ It probably was partly my fault tbh, my Grandad had a heart attack yesterday so I was running around all day & Rupert didn't really get a look in - maybe if I'd made five mins to try (again) to get him to eat I'd have saved him

you cant blame yourself

ive had 3 whites die on me.

2 were found on their backs in the water and the third died of either heart failure, or a bacterial infection in his kidneys

ive given up on tree frogs for now

^ Thanks, it's nice to know it's not just me they die on

I'm keeping an eye out now for a adult/sub adult whites, because I really do love them & I'd adore for my Oscar to have a friend in with him one day - I'm just obviously not too good with the babies, hense wanting one a bit older!
