Default Frog Spawn Help

Hi to you all. Can anybody take my Frog spawn. the other morning I found that I had lots of frogs turn up on my patio and they have spawned over the two wet days in anything that they could find so I have trays, pots dogs water bowl and more crammed full of spawn, if I leave it ,then they will all just die. I feel that out frog poulation is in trouble as it is so can some one please take some of this spawn, it's so sad to watch it all just die. It is now Tuesday 18th feb so it is 2/3 days old and looks very healthy.
Thank you for looking, Lynda and the confused dogs, Sam & Katie

I live too far away but if i didnt i'd be pleased to take it.

Try and find someone who has a pond, and in future try and raise water pots off the ground if possible!

I hope that you get someone to take this, and dont have to destroy it!

Default Frogs spawn help

Hi, thank you for that, I am sorry that you are not so near. also if I take up all the pots and stuff ,they just spawn all over the patio. It's been about 5 years now that I had to remove the pond due to ill health and they just keep coming back. I will probably have to give in and put a smaller pond back in. Anthing for a quiet day, Thank you anyway.
Kind Regards Lynda

Many return to the pond they were born in, looks like thats what they are doing. Worst comes to worst get a really useful box or large container and fill it with conditioned water and pond weed and they will start hatching in there. Just remember to add some land when they grow legs.
