Default java moss?

I was reading up on java moss and apparently it will happily grow from 18-30c, and the ideal temp for and axolotl is 16-18c, has anyone ever grown java moss in an axie tank and how did it fair? If not then do you think i should try it?

I had it growing with some Dwarf frogs. It's pretty tolerant of temps and seems to attach to anything
