Default forest bed for whites

what substrate are you guys using for whites, i have the forest bed stuff anyone else have experience using this

I use eco earth,first I put a layer of gravel then a membrane like the ones you use to stop weeds in the garden,then a layer of eco earth the membrane allows for drainage but stops the gravel and eco earth mixing.

i keep the majority of my phibs on eco earth and orchid bark, there ability to retain moisture is a really useful trait as well as it looks nice and natural.
