lighting question

I was hoping someone here might be able to give me some advice, i got 2 peacock frogs a couple of weeks ago (first frogs) and have been thinking i should probably get them some lighting, but its all a bit confusing,
my thoughts were to get the exoterra compact top and the reptiglo 5 and then a night glo too, will this be enough uv and light or should i get something a bit stronger? im just a bit concerned they might not be getting enough daylight, and i dont want them to get ill given all the stories ive read doing research about it.
what do you gys use lighting wise and how many hours a day should they be on etc?

Actually I'd recomend you go weaker, if your going to provide UVB only get a 2% bulb.
Lighting can be on for 12-14hours a day.

thanks pollywog, but do you think a bulb with a fuller spectrum would be better then? reptiglo 2.0 maybe?

I use a pair of Reptiglo 2.0 (13w) over my exo for my mossies. Mainly to keep the plants going.
