Default Red eyed tree frogs from pollywog

Hi just a quick one to say that i recently purchased some red eyes of Andrew from Pollywog.

I had noticed that a few days after i had them that one frog was not doing so well and looked very thin.

I was concerned that i was going to loose the frog so i contacted Andrew and he offered to swap the frog for me and he is now taking care of him/her to see if it will make it and have a good life.

Which i thought was very good of him.

Thanks Andrew again for you services

Just thought people would like to know.

I just wish mine was handled in the same way, without the hassle of going to the small claims court

Here's the link to my problem.

I am sorry for your loss to be honest the seller has been nothing but good to myself but there are some faults that can be seen on both sides here.

I understand your frustration and hope that things can be sorted.

My experience getting mossies was good.

They weren't even despatched till we were both satisfied that they could travel safely (It was too hot strange. but true).

I must say I have always had great experiences with Pollywog, first time was around 3 years ago and most recent was a few months ago. Both the horned frog and african bullfrog I got from him are doing fantastic.

All these other frogs are a lot more hardier than 4 week old Red Eye Tree Frogs to put this back into perspective.

Not strange at all, Have to ad when picking up my first mossy, the car must have been way too hot for him and passed away as we got him home.

Frog was happily replaced, had some feeding problems but hes got SO much better now :P

My little hunter tehe!
I would deffo use pollywog again in the near future
