Default best lighting for dartfrog viv

hi all thinking of getting my first species of dartfrog,(not yet tho) going to build custon running waterfall etc .. add the plants and give it a couple of months to mature, my question is which are the best lights or bulbs to use for good plant growth and which could maybe be used in the exoterra canopy tops? still looking at the amazing aray of species and colours.

viv will be 45,45,60

I would recommend getting a T5 tube light. Nice and efficient so doesn't get too hot but still is very bright for the plants. Also cheap to run.
