Hi Everyone,
I've had 3 American Green Tree Frogs bought for me and was told that they are 1.2 individuals. How do you sex these frogs? They look very similar to me!! Thanks for any help offered, PJ ![]()

also as males mature you will notice their throat is slightly baggier than the females.

Many thanks, it would seem that I might well have 2 males and 1 female!! At least there is at least 1 pair to breed from.
I was going to give them a deep well planted tank to spawn in with cork bark and some bamboo to provide terrestrial areas, will that work?? Cheers, PJ

try eco-earth as your main substrate, its safer. bamboo is fine as long as the edges are rounded, it can be incredibly sharp where its trimmed or snapped. try bog wood on the floor areas too.
