i've kept them a few years ago.Pollywog has a brillant care sheet, but there website is currently down for redevelopment.
care is very simular to other reed frogs, but with more ground area rather then height.

These guys are actually from Africa and are members of the Hyperoliidae (Reed Frogs as Spikebrit mentioned
