Talking Egyptian Green Toads-Good Pets?

I did all the research i could, and now I am down to only two questions that were not on the internet:

Do they secrete poison? 9poison glands by head are ok, as long as they don't ooze all the time)

And are they social at all to humans?

I hope someone can answer soon plz. they may make a good species to sell or just keep personally.

no they do not constantly ooze but they can screate a milky fluid that is mildly toxic

what do you mean social, most will learn to take food from tweezers/fingers and not shy away from humans but like all amphibians you cant really handle them

They have brilliant characters. I think they are one of the best toad types you can get! As spend_day said, they can secrete a toxin, but its only when you disturb them/make them unhappy that they secrete it. And its not even that dangerous.

Smile Egyptian Green toads

I meant friendly as in can they grow to know you in a way that they will tolerate being held. A herp show is being hosted near me this sunday and i just wanted to research every species, and egyptian green toads seemed the best choice so i just wanted to make sure there wasn't anything i missed. also, should i get two so the one doesn't get lonely while im out? will a ten gallon tank be enough room? is humidity going to be a problem? so far, theyre the best choice! If anyone can, i would enjoy it if they can suggest a few more toads, in case they have none available there (i dont think buying animals online is right, because they ahve to deal with shipping and it causes major stress)
Im looking for a toad that doesn't grow larger than the palm of my hand, doesnt need to complicated foods, crickets are the kind of things i want to feed them, not mice =], doesn't secrete anything that will make me itchy or anything else unless popped like a zit that is uncomfortable, that doesn't need anything larger than a 10-15 gallon tank, doesnt have too many needs (humidity, plant, or water wise, bowls of water are ok, and i can easily take care of grass, its tropical type things that get me stressed over), and can over time trust humans enough to be held. Hope you guys can help!

Mine are super tame, and this even takes into account they're kept in a large outdoor enclosure. We have fresh imports in vivaria at work, but this isn't how i'd keep them by choice - they're so much more enjoyable to keep when maintained in an escape proof outdoor enclosure.

Cheers
Al
