I would imagine he is alright...

but does anything look unusual or out of place? any unusual/lack of movement? any cuts or bruises?

The main thing to look out for is to make sure he is moving and that he is moving in a normal manner...if not he may have hurt something..

i would suggest you take him out and gently give him an examination all over to check everything looks ok..if your still worried make a vets appt asap.. some pics might help too if your worried about anything too Hope he's ok =)

Don't panic just yet, i'm sure it'll be fine - would just keep him under observation. The worst frogs for doing this kind of thing i've found are Cuban tree frogs, Rocket frogs and Red eared frogs (Rana erythraea) - pleased to report no problems, and this has happened many times over the years. Can still remember my most worrying moment regarding unexpected frog jumps though, this was when i was cleaning out dozens of Ceratophrys ornata and ornata/cranwelli. I had set them up in a line and was working my way through their tubs when one hopped out and bounced off the edge of my cup of freshly brewed tea...hence why i never go near herps now with hot drinks.

Thanks for your reply hes come down now and is sat with hes mouth open. Im not sure if thats normal or not

He has eaten but eyes are fully dilated which is strange iv contacted an online vet and this is what they said.
Hello,

I'm sorry to hear of this accident. Unfortunately, your frog may be badly injured. The black spot on his side could be from internal bleeding. opening the mouth a lot can indicate difficulty breathing.

There are two ways you can go from here. One is to put your frog back in his home, make sure all conditions are right, and wait and see what happens. Depending on what is wrong, he may recover. The other option is to take him to a herp vet(reptile/amphibian specialist). The vet will be able to determine the extent of the injuries. Depending on what is wrong, the vet may be able to help. If you don't know of a herp vet, give me your state, and I'll provide a list. If you have more questions, or want help finding a vet, just let me know by clicking on REPLY. I hope your frog will reach a full recovery.

Anna

awww, poor little guy, I really do hope he's ok! I shall have fingers, toes and little webbed feet crossed for you, I really will. whites are a pain for doing this kind of thing, they think they see food and just go for it! you have to be really careful and do not ever leave the doors open and think 'oh i'll just nip and get that .....' i've had one sitting on the door edge before! luckily I keep my tanks very low (2ft off the ground) and they would land on carpet.
but honestly, I would take the little guy to the vet if you are at all worried, even if it he is ok. least you can be sure!
good luck xxxx
