Default Red eye tree frog question....help please!!

Im wondering if anyone could offer us some advice. We have a one month old red eye tree frog, and we have had him/her for 2 weeks. We did research before we bought, and of course were aware that they do change their colours. However, I think we have only seen it green on 3 ocassions only, it usually is a brown/reddish/purplish colour.
The temp in the tank is 80 degrees, and the humdity level at the mo is around 60-70. The substrate in the tank is moss, and he/she also has a dish in which he/she can have a "paddle". He/she has been eating...so im guessing its settled in. What else could it be??
Any advice welcome please,
Thank you!!

Do you have any lighting and the humidity should be between 75 - 90%

Thanks for your reply,
We have a compact VUB bulb which is on 12 hours a day, and also a heat mat on 24hours. We spray in there twice a day. How do you get the humdity that high, aswell as having good ventilation?

What type tank you got if it is an exo terra cover the front panel of the lid with a bit plastic also put live plants in if you don't have them already. My whites sometimes do the same it can be due to stress or not enough light if they are eating it is nothing major to worry about. I have done a lot of research on these guys as I have been wanting some for a year or so

hi, could you possible take a piccy and show us? doesn't sound right for a red eye to be honest. it's normal for whites to change colours but not usually for red eyes. :S

Here is a picture of him green, which we thought majority of the time he/she would be. But ours isnt, its more brown then green.
Green pic:

Brown pic:

Pictures of the viv. The top is slighlty covered with a broadband leaflet, to try and allow hudmity to get higher. Also pictures of inside and of the whole viv.

ok, try chaning the substrate to eco earth, and buy some digital thermometer and hygrometers so you can have a more accurate reading.
judging by your dials, the temp is far too high, and the humidity is too low. try and change these and see if it makes any difference. :S

Ok, thankyou for your advice.
I was just worried that he/she might be poorly, but it has been eating.

he/she still might be! but I would try changing all these things, to see if it helps. just curious you say it is one month old?? and you've have it 2 weeks? was it only 2 weeks old when you got it??!!?? how big is said froggy?

Also, what are you feeding little guy? and how often? and how much?

xx
