My favourite is Composted Bark, it holds moisture well but is also free draining, it's composition is great for culturing vivarium custodeans such as woodlice & springtails so they can be established in the terrarium quite quickly providing you with a clean up crew and an additional source of food for your frogs, and it's ideal for planted terrariums as it stays well oxygenated and full of nutrients encouraging plant growth.
Or as the others have said Coco humus is fine but make sure it is suitably dampened and compacted so it doesn't stick to the frogs or cover it with leaf litter or carpet moss. Quote:

I say I use ecoearth, well actually I use different layers. base being hydroleca, then it's orchid bark mixed with eco earth, then a layer of ecoearth mixed with the springtails and trocpical woodlice, then its the leaf litter ontop of that, with moss too.
