Unhappy poorly whites tree frog

My baby frog needs help, i have had him for about 2 to 3 mths and he has been a happy frog untill about a week ago he was making a jump to catch a cricket and landed funny and fell, since then he has'nt tried to climb and stays on the floor of the tank, he seems to be having problems with his back right leg. I'm starting to get really worried and wondered if anyone could give me any advice as looking after frogs is all new to me.

Poor thing, I would make a vet appointment asap, he may have broken or damaged his leg.

Yeah I echo the staements above...extreme lethargy is an indicator of illness, so I would make a vets appointment asap.
