Very exotic! You say hopefully you won't need to change it for a while, why did you need to change it in the first place? And what size vines have you got there if you don't mind me asking?

Et aussi, je parle francais, mes parents habit la en ete. Et toi? Tu parle francais? LOL

The vine is a small exo terra jungle vine folded in half and twisted (it's stick on with a suction cup on each side)
The branch is a lucky reptile flexi branch

I started off with loads of fake flowers and plants and it looked too colourful for a white's tree frog tank so I changed it alot because it was too over crowded.

I hated the exo terra rock background so I got cork bark background and changed it.

I then got a large grapevine and changed the whole set up again and made it more like a woodland.
3 weeks later I find out the grapevine i got was infested with wood worm so had to get rid .

Stripped everything out, sanitised everything and just kept it a simple setup with just plants stuck to the glass and a flexi branch, without the cork background (was worried the woodworm could have spread to that too)

Finally got round to sanitising the cork background in the industrial ovens at work so any nasties have been vanquished.

Got some cool big jungle type leaves, put holes in the background to put the stalks through et voila

Eco earth gets everywhere and all over them, and the crickets when they go to pounce on them (they aren't the most elegant movers ) So they would get a mouth full of mud which they would brush out their mouths with their hands. I've tried it completely dried and tried it moist, still the same problems

Used papertowels for a long time only to have fish miss a cricket and grab a mouthful of towel instead and he insisted on not letting go! (see here http://www.reptileforums.co.uk/amphi...eat-paper.html)

So any recommendations?

what about very big pebbles (i mean too big to eat) a waterfall, and a filter system thing, and put the pebbles on the bottom, then fill with water until it just touches the top of the pebbles =D

Looks lovely you know!

Don't worry about no substrate, we do it with most of the treefrog sps. it works fine so long as you get a feel for misting needs

Looks great - almost makes me want to give treefrogs a go (although I'm still a steadfast fan of big, fat ground frogs)!
